1. Digital Product — Try Before You Buy
Avsel IA Pro is a digital software module for Odoo 19. We offer a free Base module with 15 AI tools so you can verify compatibility with your Odoo environment before purchasing. We strongly recommend installing and testing it first.
2. Refund Eligibility (14 Days)
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase only if the license key has NOT been activated. Once the license key is activated on an Odoo database, the digital product is considered delivered and the right of withdrawal no longer applies, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m).
3. Exceptions
Even after activation, we will issue a refund if:
- The module fails to install on a supported Odoo 19 (Community or Enterprise) instance and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 5 business days.
- The license key activation system is non-functional due to a fault on our end and we cannot provide a working key within 48 business hours.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The license key has already been activated on an Odoo database instance.
- Change of mind after purchase or activation.
- Issues caused by unsupported Odoo versions, custom modifications, or third-party module conflicts.
- License termination due to violation of our Terms of Service (redistribution, reverse engineering, piracy).
- Requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase date.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request" within 14 days of purchase. Include your license key and order number. Our team will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unresolved chargebacks may result in license revocation and a permanent ban from future purchases. We are committed to resolving any issue fairly and promptly.
7. Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy may issue refunds at their discretion to prevent disputes, in accordance with their Buyer Terms.
